Builder Agreement

This agreement applies to all builders who upload JSON builds to BlacklistTools.
Ownership
Builders retain full ownership of their JSON builds. By uploading, you grant BlacklistTools a license to:
- Host the build
- Deliver it to buyers
- Display it in the marketplace
Builder Responsibilities
Builders agree to:
- Upload original work
- Ensure builds do not violate DayZ/Bohemia rules
- Provide accurate descriptions
- Maintain build quality
- Avoid malicious or harmful content
Prohibited Content
Builders may not upload:
- Malicious JSONs
- Server‑breaking builds
- Hidden exploits
- Copyrighted content they do not own
Payments
If payments are enabled:
- Builders receive revenue according to platform rules
- Fraudulent purchases may be reversed
- Chargebacks may affect payouts
Liability
Builders are responsible for the behavior of their builds. BlacklistTools is not liable for:
- Build performance
- Server issues
- Player disputes
Removal
BlacklistTools may remove builds that:
- Violate rules
- Cause harm
- Receive repeated complaints
- Are abandoned by the builder
